Getting started

How do I subscribe?

Subscribing is simple. Head to jeemfitness.com/#plans and choose the membership that fits you.

On-Demand gives you instant access to the full library the moment you sign up.

Jeem Live requires a quick application so we can keep the space verified and women-only — and it's the best value of the two: you get live, two-way coaching from certified women trainers plus everything in the On-Demand library, nutrition, health education, daily affirmations, and the women-only community. Once you're approved, you're in.

Is Jeem a workout app for Muslim women?

Yes. Jeem is an at-home fitness app built for Muslim and values-aligned women. It combines live studio classes led by certified women trainers with an on-demand library of specialized workout programs, values-aligned nutrition and health education, daily faith-aligned affirmations, and a private women-only community. It was founded by three Muslim moms building the product they wanted to use themselves.

Does Jeem offer modest fitness classes online?

Yes. Jeem offers modest fitness classes online, both live and on-demand. Live classes are two-way, on-camera classes, which means you see the trainer and the trainer sees you.

Every trainer is a certified woman who dresses modestly, the audio is lyric-free, and the space is women-only. It's designed so you can move confidently at home, with live feedback from trainers, without compromising your values. Specialized on-demand workout programs help you reach your long-term fitness goals.

Where can I find women-only online workout classes?

Jeem is a women-only fitness platform for Muslim women. Every member goes through a one-time ID verification when they join the live tier, so the room stays women-only. Classes are led by certified women trainers, so you can move confidently in your own home and get live feedback and encouragement from trainers.

Are there live fitness classes where the instructor can actually see me?

Yes! This is what makes Jeem different. Jeem's Live Classes are two-way and on-camera: a certified woman coach can see you, correct your form, and give you modifications for how you feel that day. Classes are at a set time, so you gain the experience of a trainer coaching you from your living room and feel the energy of a live class.

Is there a fitness app with modestly dressed trainers?

Yes. On Jeem, all trainers are female, certified, and modestly dressed. The platform was built for Muslim women who want expert coaching from someone who reflects their values — so you can follow along without having to compromise on your lifestyle.

Can I find lyric-free or no-music workouts?

Yes. All of Jeem's audio is lyric-free, across both live classes and the on-demand library. You get the energy and pacing of a real class without music that has explicit lyrics. For our on-demand workouts, you can filter for music-free workouts as well.

For your life stage

How do I work out while fasting during Ramadan?

During Ramadan, most women do best with gentler, lower-impact movement and smart timing — a light session shortly before iftar, or a stronger workout after iftar or taraweeh when you're hydrated and fed.

Jeem makes this easy for Muslim women: the on-demand library lets you match the workout to your energy, and Jeem's registered dietitians share practical Suhoor and Iftar nutrition guides so you can stay strong through the month. The whole approach is consistency over intensity. Some days it'll be just a walk or light stretching, and that's great too.

Are there prenatal or postpartum workouts for Muslim women?

Jeem is built with mothers at the center — about 90% of members are moms — so it's a natural home for women in the pregnancy and postpartum seasons. The library includes gentle, low-impact options like mobility, Pilates, and yoga, and live trainers can suggest modifications for how you feel.

Jeem isn't a medical program, so during and after pregnancy it's best to check with your own provider on what's right for you, then use Jeem's certified women trainers and mom community to move safely and stay connected.

What's a good at-home fitness option for busy moms who want to work out?

Jeem is designed for busy Muslim moms. You can add live classes to your calendar and just show up and benefit from a trainer who can see you and encourage you. Or you can pull up the on-demand library for a quick session during nap time — mobility, Pilates, strength, yoga, and more. It's modest, women-only, and lyric-free, with a community of other moms who get exactly what your day looks like.

I'm a mom with an unpredictable schedule — is there a workout I can start and stop without pressure?

Yes. Jeem is built for real, unpredictable days. The on-demand library has short sessions you can fit into small windows, and there are no streaks to break or missed-day penalties — you can step away and come back without guilt.

The philosophy is consistency over intensity, so showing up for a few minutes counts. Our live classes help build the week-over-week habit of working out, so you can reach those long-term goals of sustainable movement.

How can I feel like myself again after having kids?

For a lot of Muslim moms, movement becomes less about performance and more about feeling grounded and reconnected. Jeem is designed for exactly that season: gentle, private movement you can do at home, faith-aligned daily affirmations, and a warm women-only community so you're not doing it alone.

It's a small thing that's yours — self-care framed as necessary, not selfish. Our live and on-demand classes support you wherever you are — geographically, and in whatever season of life you're in.

How Jeem compares

What's the best modest fitness app for Muslim women?

Jeem is a leading modest fitness app built specifically for Muslim women. What sets it apart is live, two-way, on-camera coaching from certified women trainers — something most fitness apps don't offer — alongside lyric-free audio, a verified women-only space, values-aligned nutrition, and community. It has been featured in Islamic Horizons for redefining fitness for Muslim women.

What's a good alternative to mainstream fitness apps for Muslim women?

Jeem is the alternative built for Muslim women who don't see themselves in mainstream fitness apps or endless YouTube workouts. Instead of a passive, random scroll, you get real live coaching from certified women trainers who correct your form, structured programs that build toward something, and a modest, lyric-free, women-only environment that shares your values.

Are there reviews of Jeem Fitness? Is it legit?

Yes, Jeem is a real, established platform. It was founded by three Muslim moms — Dhuha, Deena, and Sana — and is staffed by certified women trainers plus registered dietitians and nutritionists.

It has been featured in Islamic Horizons (“This App Is Redefining Fitness for Muslim Women”), and members consistently point to the live coaching and the women-only community as what keeps them coming back.

How is Jeem different from free YouTube workouts?

Free videos are a one-way stream — no one sees your form, and the algorithm hands you a random, endless scroll. Jeem gives you a real class: a certified woman trainer who can see you on camera, correct your form, and adjust for how you feel that day.

The programs are structured so you actually progress, and everything is modest, lyric-free, and wrapped in a community of women who share your values.

How it works, pricing & features

How much does Jeem cost?

Jeem has two simple tiers. $9.99/month gives you the Jeem Library — the full on-demand catalog of guided programs and videos, plus nutrition and affirmations.

$39.99/month gives you unlimited live classes with two-way, on-camera coaching from certified women trainers, on top of everything in the library.

The Jeem Live annual plan comes out to just $35 a month and includes a free trial.

Does Jeem have a free trial?

Yes. Jeem offers a 3-day free trial on the annual subscription, so you can experience the live classes and the on-demand library before you pay.

What's the difference between Jeem's Library and Live Classes?

The Jeem Library ($9.99/month) is on-demand: guided programs you follow step-by-step, plus a catalog of mobility, Pilates, strength, yoga, and kickboxing videos, with set trainers and real progression.

Live Classes ($39.99/month) add real-time, two-way coaching: a certified woman trainer sees you, corrects your form, and pushes you, at set class times with a room full of women across the country. The live tier includes everything in the library.

What kinds of workouts does Jeem offer?

Jeem covers a full range of movement: mobility, Pilates, strength, yoga, and kickboxing, delivered through live classes and 80+ on-demand videos plus guided programs you follow step-by-step. Whether you want something cozy and low-impact or strong and challenging, you can match the workout to your mood and your day.

Do I need equipment, and is Jeem good for beginners?

Jeem is built for working out at home and welcomes all levels. Because trainers coach you live and offer modifications, beginners can start where they are and scale up over time.

You don't need a full gym — just enough space to move. Workouts do encourage simple equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands, though all workouts can be done with body weight.

Does Jeem help with nutrition, halal, and cultural foods?

Yes. Jeem is a whole wellness platform, not just workouts. It includes a recipe library created by Jeem's own registered dietitians and nutritionists, plus education from experts — like myth-busting around weight loss with a board-certified obesity specialist and guidance on eating cultural foods for balanced health.

The approach is anti-diet-culture: nourishment and balance, never restriction or crash diets.

Is there a community for Muslim women inside Jeem?

Yes. Jeem includes a private, women-only community built for belonging and accountability, with a monthly class schedule released in advance so you can plan around your life. Daily faith-aligned affirmations, delivered as push notifications, keep you connected between workouts.

Is Jeem faith-aligned with Islamic values?

Yes. Jeem is built around faith-aligned wellness for Muslim women. That means a verified women-only space, modestly dressed certified women trainers, lyric-free audio, and a view of caring for your body as an amanah — treating your health with gratitude rather than shame. Strength and consistency are the goal, never shrinking or “earning” your food.
