✅ Daily Fitness Challenges — On days without live classes, we’ll post challenges to keep you motivated and moving every day!
✅ DM Feature — You can now DM us anytime within the Community tab!
⏰ Friendly Reminder: We start our live classes on time out of respect for our instructors. Please pre-register and join early to get the most out of every session. Moving forward, we’ll only have a two-minute grace period to join.
