Salam We’re so excited to share our June calendar, filled with new classes and daily fitness challenges to keep us moving all month long!

Here’s what’s new:
Live Classes — Strength Training, Pilates, and Yoga — every week.
Daily Fitness Challenges — On days without live classes, we’ll post challenges to keep you motivated and moving every day!
DM Feature — You can now DM us anytime within the Community tab!

Friendly Reminder: We start our live classes on time out of respect for our instructors. Please pre-register and join early to get the most out of every session. Moving forward, we’ll only have a two-minute grace period to join.

Let’s make this our most active and empowering month yet — we can’t wait to see you on the mat!
