This is a great practice to do in between meetings at work. Sitting in one place for hours always gets my body feeling stiff, and this helped me have some movement during a busy day!

This was a great class for my back pain! I’m always dealing with lower back issues and this really helped me loosen everything up and gain mobility. Thanks Jean!
