Today’s challenge: hold a plank! This is a great way to engage the muscles in your whole body, most especially your core. Try to hold it for as long as you can, and remember that number so you can improve on it!

Today’s challenge: 5 minutes of deep breathing. Take quick break from your busy weekend to practice calming, deep breaths. This is a great way to regulate yourself, and feel more in tune with your body's rhythms.

Salam We’re so excited to share our June calendar, filled with new classes and daily fitness challenges to keep us moving all month long!

Here’s what’s new:
Live Classes — Strength Training, Pilates, and Yoga — every week.
Daily Fitness Challenges — On days without live classes, we’ll post challenges to keep you motivated and moving every day!
DM Feature — You can now DM us anytime within the Community tab!

Friendly Reminder: We start our live classes on time out of respect for our instructors. Please pre-register and join early to get the most out of every session. Moving forward, we’ll only have a two-minute grace period to join.

Let’s make this our most active and empowering month yet — we can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Salam Jeem Girls! We're going to use this post to share the daily affirmations 💛 So many of you love them, and want a permanent place to read and revisit them. 

If you're not seeing the daily affirmations, you might need to turn on notifications! Go to settings on your device and ensure they're turned on for the Jeem Fitness app. 

June 1 -June 8 affirmations:

  • June 1: "I am patient with myself because Allah’s timing is perfect, and growth takes time."

  • June 2: "My strength comes from Allah, and with His help, I can overcome any challenge."

  • June 3: "Every breath I take is a blessing—Alhamdulillah for my health and the ability to move."
